Our style is Cuong Nhu, which means &#8220;hard\/soft&#8221; and is a blend of Shotokan Karate, Wing Chun, Vovinam, Aikido, Judo, Taiji, and boxing. We practice forms, basic techniques and self-defense, grapple, spar, break boards, and train with various weapons. Cuong Nhu is a complete martial arts system \u2014 always a good challenge and never boring!<\/p>\n<p class=\"main_txt\">Classes are taught by experienced black belts who take pride in the quality of training and the personalized attention given to our students. The senior instructors have been teaching martial artists for over 30 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"main_txt\"><strong><span class=\"subhed\">Think you&#8217;re too old or out of shape to do Cuong Nhu?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nNo way! We have a wide range of ages (kids starting at age seven) and abilities in our school and are very careful with our necks, shoulders, backs, and knees. Every student trains to their physical limits and progresses at their own pace.<\/p>\n<p class=\"main_txt\">\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"height: 15px;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"testimonial\"><em>I have been attending Moon Dragon Dojo now for over one year. I just turned 65, was initially concerned with my ability to fit in. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, your training is self-paced, and it&#8217;s a great learning and fitness experience.
